The conclusion of the tender exercise in early 2016 has resulted in Fraser Centrepoint Homes winning the land parcel at Siglap. Coming in at $9,325 psm, FC paid about a $400 premium per square meter compared to the next highest bidder.
The land parcel is situated along Marine Parade Road, home to many conveniences of the East. Parkway Parade and Katong 112 are just examples of shopping premises that residents will enjoy. Furthermore, families will benefit from having plenty of schooling options within a 30 minute commute away from Siglap Link.
Not forgetting, that the Thomson-East Coast line will be completed in 2023 – connecting residents quicker to the city. Drivers also benefit from smooth, relaxing drives along the ECP after a day’s work. Should residents look for more relaxation outside the premises, East Coast Park awaits them for long cycling trips and a day at the beach.
Analysts have mentioned that units built on this land are likely to have a high valuation due to the rarity of unobstructed views of the East Coast. Furthermore, there are currently no plans to build any structure that would block residents’ seaview.
We hope to see beautiful homes built upon this well-positioned piece of land.
